The following information is needed for your Support Agent in order to expedite the resolution of your issue:
- Be sure that your contact profile has been filled out.
- Click on "Edit profile" in the upper right hand corner of the Help Desk title bar. You only need to do this once!
- Identify the type of product you need support for. I.E. Hardware, Software Infrastructure etc.
- Identify your specific product.
If this is a Cabinet Safe for PSIsafe support request, please include the following:
- The Desktop or Mobile Operating System that is being used.
The version of the SAFE software that is in use?
- For Cabinet Safe or PSIsafe, open Safe Management, the version is displayed in the title bar of the Management window.
- A detailed description of the issue and steps that will reproduce the issue.
- Provide a screen shot of the issue if appropriate and if possible.
- If the error message has a "Details" button, copy and paste the contents of the error window and include that with your submission.
