The following information will be helpful for your Support Agent and will expedite the resolution of your issue:

  • Be sure that your contact profile has been filled out.
    • Click on "Edit profile" in the upper right hand corner

of the Help Desk title bar.

 You only need to do this once! 

  • Identify the type of product you need support for. I.E. Hardware, Software, Infrastructure etc.
  • Identify your specific product, including model and serial number is appropriate..

If this is a Kofax PSIsafe support request, please include the following:

  • The desktop or mobile operating system that is being used.
  • The version of the SAFE software that is in use.
    • Open the PSIsafe "Safe Management" module. The version is displayed in the title bar of the Management window.
  • A detailed description of the issue and steps that will reproduce the issue.
  • If possible, provide a screen shot of the issue.
  • If the error message has a "Details" button, copy and paste the contents of the error window and include that with your submission.
